British Spoken English – Elementary Method (Grade 1 & 2)

🌟 Objective:

To help young learners (ages 6–8) understand and speak basic British English using simple phrases, vocabulary, songs, and conversations.

📚 Module 3: Colours & Numbers

• Vocabulary: Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, 1 to 20

• Sentences:

• Activity: Colour hunt, number chant, painting with numbers

• Vocabulary: Book, Pen, Table, Chair, Bag, Eraser

• Sentences:

• Activity: Classroom object game (Simon Says)

📚 Module 5: My Body & Actions

• Vocabulary: Head, Shoulders, Knees, Toes, Hands, Eyes

📚 Module 6: Food & Drink

• Vocabulary: Apple, Banana, Rice, Milk, Water, Bread

• Activity: Snack time role-play: “Can I have…?”

🗣️ Speaking Practice Activities (Daily 5–10 minutes):

• Circle Time Talk: Students talk in pairs about their name, age, and mood.

• Story Time: Short British stories with repeated phrases
